Our Philosophy
At our Larsen Jensen our programs are designed on robust proven principles and methodology.
We understand that every client presents with a unique set of needs, cultural and business landscape, and desired outcomes, and our core programs are fine tuned to address your core needs rather than merely try to alleviate symptoms.
With this in mind, our program design philosophy is based on five key principles:
- Sensemaking : People will engage if they understand the reason WHY the training is happening and HOW it impacts them
- Clarity : What is expected of them
- Skills : What skills are required to deliver on this expectation
- Confidence: Our skill building programs make time for practise and quality real time feedback
- Inspiration: A sense of value arising from the personal benefits they and others will receive as they practice and master their new skills
Delivery options
We believe that face to face delivery works best, which in the long run assures more quality and retention, as well as showing employees that their personal development is important.
That said, part of the content may be supplemented by pre-reading and take home assignments, whilst the core delivery takes place face to face.
Depending on the program, our delivery options are flexible and can take the form of:
- Offsite venues or at your workplace
- Half, full or multi-day programs
- Compressed or staggered interventions
- A modular series of 2 hour onsite sessions. These are often highly successful as participants arrive ready to learn with minimal disruption to their work activities.

- Train – Leadership, team and interpersonal communication training programs
The 12 week Psychological Strategy Bootcamp :
An integrated 12 week program that takes leaders through the four stages of designing a Psychological Safety strategy, including diagnosis, implementation and measurement.
The program includes 6 days of instruction, syndicate work, accountability groups and peer support, with the outcome being a successfully implemented strategy.
